Refund and Returns Policy for SA Flavor Fest

Introduction
At SA Flavor Fest, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item. As we deal primarily with food products, our returns policy is designed to be fair while considering health and safety standards.

Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns. However, returns and refunds will be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Incorrect product was delivered.

Return Process

  1. Notification: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you believe the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please send an email to info@saflavorfest.co.za with a detailed description and photographic evidence of the issue.
  2. Review: We will review your claim and contact you to discuss the appropriate course of action. If your return is approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected.
  3. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the choice of a full refund or a replacement will be available to you.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges
Given the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process for a refund or replacement.
