This process results in a tender, flavorful meat product that is thicker and often more savory than jerky.
To maintain the freshness and quality of your biltong and droëwors, keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend consuming them within a few days. If you need to store them longer, placing them in a breathable container in the refrigerator can help extend their shelf life.
